| Harry Toung received his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton Univeristy and the Architecutral Association (London) and his Masters from Columbia's Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning. He spent thriteen years at I. M. Pei and Partners (currently Pei Coob Freed and Partners) as a senior design and project architect during which time he worked on institutional and commercial buildings in the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia and Australia. From 1989 to 1996 he worked with Mr. I. M. Pei to design and build the Buck Center for Research in Aging, a three story laboratory campus dedicated to finding cures for diseases of the brain
